Belekeverem a tejcsokit, félre teszem.
Temperálom az étcsokit, elkészítem a bonbon burkokat. Miután megszilárdultak, megtöltöm őket és a hűtőbe teszem a bonbonformát. Két-három óra múlva kiveszem, temperálom a maradék étcsokit, és lezárom a bonbonokat.

I know you missed me XD not. The reason of my ten-day-long hiatus is that I was at a summer school in England. I was naive to believe that I'd have the possibility to write in the meanwhile; this hope dissolved in parallel with reading through the thousand-who-knows-how-many-pages readings :DDD And the other days, well... I had to take a break afterwards :D
Anyway the summer school was very useful and I got to know young and not so young historians who deal with topics similar to mine - new perspectives, approaches, experiences... The program was a bit too stuffed but I appreciated that they wanted to transmit as much knowledge as possible :)
I brought bonbons; I distributed some of them among the members of the group :) This was one of them - as my favourite fruit is melon, I was thinking a lot whether it would make sense to put it in chocolate or it would be too liquidish. It wasn't :D

Ingredients:
40 gr melon
2 spoonful of honey
a splash of cream
80 gr milk chocolate
120 gr dark chocolate

Recipe:
I cut up the melon and I blend it; then I warm it up with the cream and the honey. I add the milk chocolate.
I temper the dark chocolate and I prepare the bonbon shells. After they get solid, I fill them and I put the mould in the fridge. Two-three hours later I take it out; I temper the leftover dark chocolate and I seal the bonbons.

málnás-citromos // raspberry-lemon

A történész szakma szépségei közé tartozik a konferenciaturizmus (pszt, ne szóljatok erről senkinek!)

És most következzék a recept :)

Hozzávalók:
120+70 gr fehércsoki
35 gr málnapüré
egy kupaknyi vodka
10-12 csepp citromlé
egy kiskanál vaj
0,1 dl tejszín
lüszterpor

Elkészítés:
Egy ecsettel apró adag piros lüszterporral megfestem a bonbonforma mélyedéseit. Temperálok 120 gr fehércsokit, elkészítem a bonbonburkokat.
A tölteléket a bonbonhéjakba töltöm, berakom a hűtőbe.
Néhány óra múlva kiveszem a bonbonformát, temperálom a maradék fehércsokit, és lezárom a bonbonokat.

One of the beauties of being a historian is conference tourism (shhh, don't tell it to anyone!) XD namely when one applies for a conference, s/he's invited to present/participate and then the traveling, accommodation, meals are paid for; in some cases there's time even for sightseeing. This way one can travel around the world. This time destiny brought me to Egham, a small town close to London, where I will spend the next days at Royal Holloway University :) Naturally I couldn't depart without chocolate, and I brought some for a friend, who's also participating :)
Here are some photos of Founder's Building, the main building of the university, which stands in the middle of an amazing park and actually looks like an enchanted castle. I have no idea how these British do that all of their buildings are so charming and magical as if they've just popped out of a fairytale!

And here comes the recipe :)

Ingredients:
120+70 gr white chocolate
35 gr raspberry puree
one cap of vodka
10-12 drop lemon juice
a small spoonful of butter
0,1 dl cream
luster dust

Recipe:
I paint the cavities of the bonbon mould with a tiny bit of red luster dust. I temper 120 gr white chocolate and I prepare the bonbon shells.
I blend 50 gr raspberry, I strain it and I take 35 gr. I add a splash of cream, a small spoon of butter and lemon juice. I warm it up, then I mix it with 70 gr white chocolate. I fill the bonbon shells and I put the mould in the fridge.
After some hours I take the mould, I temper the leftover chocolate and I seal the bonbons.
