cselló / cello

Olyan rég vettem utoljára csokiformát, hogy nem is emlékszem :( Ez persze nem a szándék hiányának tudható be, hanem egyszerűen a baba és az élet mellett nem volt alkalmam, időm, néha pénzem sem. Na de most! A minap nagy elánnal elmentem tonkababot venni, hogy végre kipróbáljam, mire egy kisebb vagyont hagytam ott az Ázsia bt-ben. Sunyin nekiálltak ugyanis műanyag csokiformákat árulni, és kénytelen voltam venni egyet. 
Tudni kell, hogy a családunkban mindenki zenél: a nővérem a szlovén állami operában csellózik, a húgom pedig meghívásos alapon különböző helyeken és alkalmakkor hegedül. Én meg hobbiból csellóztam elég sokáig (elő is kéne szednem, meg egy kis állagjavítás sem ártana a hangszernek...). Egyszóval nálunk a zene szerencsére mindennapos jelenség volt, és ma sem telik el nap anélkül, hogy ne hallgatnék valamit, legyen az könnyű- vagy komolyzene, ameddig hangszerek szólnak benne, nagyjából minden jöhet. Ezek után talán nem meglepő, hogy ezt a formát muszáj volt hazahoznom :D
Elsőre egy antik cselló készült étcsokiból. A leírás és képek alatt található néhány csellós kedvencem (közte egy videó, amin én is játszom) :)

A formában sajnos a húrok valamiért homorúak, ahelyett, hogy domborúak lennének, ami kicsit furcsa nekem... A húrokat fehér és ezüst keverékével festem meg, a felesleget fogpiszkálóval szedem le a szélükről. A fogólap, az f-lyuk és a hangolók fekete és sötétszürke keverékéből készültek. Végül a cselló testét és a csigát előbb arannyal festettem le. Amikor ez megszáradt, egy keményebb sörtés ecsettel hosszában végigkarcolom a festéket, hogy kialakítsam a fa mintázatát. Ezután festem meg a test felületének belső felét narancs és bronz keverékével.
Ezután a formát kiöntöm temperált étcsokival, hűtőbe teszem, és megvárom, míg megszilárdul.

I haven't bought chocolate forms for such a long time that I can't even remember the last time :( It's not because I didn't want to, but because besides the baby and life, I didn't have the opportunity, time and sometimes money. But now! The other day I enthusiastically went to buy tonka beans to finally try them and suddenly I left a whole fortune at the shop. Because they started to sell chocolate molds and I had to buy one.
You have to know that in my family everyone plays music: my older sister plays the cello in the Slovene national opera; my younger sister plays the violin whenever and wherever she's invited. I used to play the cello for a long while as a hobby (I should restart it and the instrument also needs some renovation...). To conclude, fortunately music was present in our everyday life and even today no day passes by without listening to music, be it pop or classical, as long as there are instruments in it, I can listen to everything. After this, it is probably not surprising that I had to take this mold home :D
First, I created an antique cello made of dark chocolate. Below the description and the photos, you'll find some of my favorite cello music (among them one video in which I play) :)

In the mold, for some reason the strings are concave instead of convex, which is a bit weird for me... I painted them with a mixture of white and silver; whatever overflowed, I scratch it off with a toothpick. The fingerboard, the F holes and the tuning pegs were painted with black and dark grey. Finally, I painted the body and the scroll first with gold. When it got dry, I scratched the paint lengthwise with a harder brush in order to achieve the pattern of the wood. Then I paint the inner parts of the body with the mixture of orange and bronze.
I pour tempered dark chocolate in the mold, I place it in the fridge and wait until it gets solid.
