Mozsárban apróra töröm a kávészemeket. Miután megszilárdultak a burkok, mindegyikbe szórok pár szem kávétöretet.

Clever people can be recognised as they can formulate simple truths - things that everyone knows of, still they cannot put them into words and oftentimes they don't even think of applying them in their lives. One such clever person once told me that he tries to surround himself with people and things dear to him. I liked this thought and since then I try to live accordingly. After all he's totally right and it's logical. Of course one also needs to overcome the fear and shame of being considered an idiot for his/her weird hobbies and passions. And to realise that one shall often go for the easier way - where the sun is shining and one can be happy. Of course I'm not saying that one doesn't have to fight for anything, nor that one simply has to wait for happiness to come, that's not even a question. This is only a small trick, which can contribute to the revelation who and what is needed in one's life. After all the most important is that we feel good in our lives, right?
Concerts certainly do belong to my Maslow pyramid - this week I was at the show of Roger Waters. Roger is my hero with his bluntness and activism and he was true to himself again. The concert was amazing, professional and spectacular; all musicians gave 100%. For me it is so nostalgic to listen to Pink Floyd songs live... it brings back memories from secondary school, when I was listening to them endlessly and didn't even suspect that once I'll hear them at such a gigantic concert. I always experienced the realistic or rather darker side of life through the music of PF (but maybe only because whenever something bad happened, I was listening to them :D). I think this chocolate fits their music - dark, bitter but still there's a bit of sweetness :)

Ingredients:
200+80 gr dark chocolate
0,4 dl coffee
7-8 coffee beans
a small spoon of thyme honey

Recipe:
I mix the still hot coffee with 80 gr dark chocolate and a spoonful of thyme honey. I leave it to cool. In the meanwhile I temper 200 gr dark chocolate and I prepare the bonbon shells. In a mortar I crush the coffee beans. After the shells get dry, I sprinkle some coffee nibs in each of them. I add the coffee filling on them, then I put the mould in the fridge. An hour later I temper the leftover chocolate and I seal the bonbons.
