Sajnos utazás miatt adventi mesém első részét kissé később fogom csak begépelni. Jelen pillanatban Frankfurtban tartózkodom - egy régi karácsonyi könyvünkben az állt, hogy a németországi karácsonyi vásárok közül a frankfurti az egyik legszebb, legöregebb és legnagyobb, és amióta ezt olvastam, azóta vágyom arra, hogy egyszer láthassam. Szerencsére egész nap hullott a hó, ilyen időben a legszebb a vásárban bóklászni, még a tömeg ellenére is. Frankfurtban a vásári bódékat egyenként díszítik fel karácsonyi motívumokkal, csodás és rettentő giccses az egész, de hát mi mást akarunk karácsonykor?! A kézműves termékek mellett helyi ételeket, és persze sokféle édességet lehetett kapni :)
Unfortunately, due to travelling, the first part of my advent tale will be transcribed only later. At the moment I am in Frankfurt - in one of our old Christmas books it was written that the Christmas market of Frankfurt is one of the oldest, biggest and most beautiful in Germany; and ever since I read this, I wanted to come here to see it. Fortunately it's been snowing all day long, this is the best kind of weather for rambling at the market, even despite the crowd. In Frankfurt every stand has different Christmas decoration; they are wonderful and kitschy at the same time, but what do we want at Christmas?! Besides artisan products, local foods and many kinds of sweets can be bought :)
