Miután megolvadt, hozzákeverem a tejcsokit. Amikor összeáll egynemű krémmé, beleöntöm a pezsgőt is.

naplemente // sunset
az út // the road

Tonight the blue moon (the second full moon of the month) will be perfectly round :) just on the eve of Imbolc. Imbolc marks the beginning of spring in the wheel of the year; the goddess Brigid goes around Ireland on this day and where her feet touch the ground, grass and flowers grow out. She brings revival and the light half of the year. The Irish leave her food and drink, and frequently even make a bed for her in the hope that she would bless the house with her visit.
On the occasion of this exceptional day I made a pilgrimage to my secret place, where I watch the sunset between earth and sky - although this time only a faint orange stripe indicated on the grey, gliding clouds, what was going on behind the scenes. On my photos it might seem a sombre, uninteresting place, but to me it has special significance, where magic lurks in the trees and the ground...
Yesterday we made chocolate with a good friend of mine, during which she familiarised herself with tempering :D I found out the filling some time ago; it became really tasty, hiding as a silky surprise behind the crunchy chocolate shell :) In honour of the spring festival, I used a mould with flower patterns.

Ingredients:
40 gr blueberries
100 gr milk chocolate
200 gr dark chocolate
15 ml champagne
small spoon of butter
blue luster dust

Recipe:
I warm up and mash the blueberries; I add a spoonful of butter. After it melts, I mix it with milk chocolate. When it becomes a smooth cream, I also add the champagne.
I temper the dark chocolate, I prepare the bonbon shells. I fill them with the blueberry cream and I put it in the fridge. As soon as the filling becomes solid enough, I temper the leftover dark chocolate and I seal the bonbons. I decorate them with some blue fairy dust :)
