Mune

A Nagy Mesélők Világainak Univerzumában létezik egy kicsiny bolygó, ahol a Nap és a Hold járását hatalmas, mozgó templomokban élő Őrzők szabályozzák. Sohone, a Nap új Őrzője évek óta készül feladatára, tele önbizalommal. Mune-t, a felelőtlen ifjonc faunt azonban mindenféle felkészülés nélkül, az új Őrzők kinevezésének napján választja ki a Hold. Mune úgy kerül tehát a Hold templomába, hogy elképzelése sincs arról, mi a feladata, ami - minő meglepetés - teljes káoszhoz vezet. Ha mindez nem lenne elég, belezavar a képbe egy bosszúszomjas volt Őrző, egy jobb elfoglaltság híján minden legendáriumot és tudományos könyvet végigolvasott gyertyalány: Glim, két kisördög és még sok más csodás szereplő.

A Mune, Guardian of the Moon a legszebb mesefilm, amit az elmúlt években láttam, csodálatos, magával ragadó, szürreális álomvilágában a legkülönösebb kalandok során jutunk el az alvilágba, majd vissza a föld felszínére, míg maga Mune megtanul bízni önmagában, és kis bolygója javára fordítani különleges képességeit.

In the Universe of the Worlds of Great Storytellers, there's a tiny planet, where the rotation of the Sun and the Moon is supervised by the Guardians, living in giant, moving temples. Sohone, the new Guardian of the Sun has been preparing for his task for years, full of self-confidence. Mune, the irresponsible young faun is chosen by the Moon without any training, on the day of the appointment of the new Guardians. Thus, Mune gets into the temple of the Moon without any knowledge whatsoever what his task will be, which - what a surprise - leads to total chaos. If this wasn't enough, others also enter the picture, such as a vengeful old Guardian, a wax girl: Glim, who, having nothing else to do, has read all legends and scientific books, two little devils, and many other miraculous characters.

Mune, Guardian of the Moon is the most beautiful tale that I've seen in the last years; in its wonderful, fascinating, surreal dream world one gets into the underworld and then back through weird adventures, while Mune learns to trust himself and turn his special skills to the advantage of his little planet.

Mune világában újjáélednek a mítoszok, tán azért is bűvöli el az embert oly könnyedén: az álmok világából áthozott Hold sugarait apró pókok szövik, a templom pedig e szálak zenéjére járja körbe a bolygót. A nappal lényei ezzel szemben a kő/föld és a vegetáció megtestesítői, amint a Nap temploma is. Még sokféle párhuzamot lehetne találni, de inkább nem árulok el minden apróságot :)

Az alábbi háromféle csokit Mune világa ihlette. A Hold-golyóba olívaolajas mandulapaszta került - tudom, most sokan furcsán merednek a képernyőre. Nos, az olívaolaj príma kiegészítője lehet csokikrémeknek (lásd az általam imádott Venchi csokikrém), mandulával és egy csipet sóval pedig egyenesen mennyei. Sohone Nap-golyója - természetesen - narancsos-citromos ganache-sal töltött. Végül a Glim által megtestesített Hajnal-alkony-golyóba pedig málnás, túrós mascarponekrémet tettem. Eredetileg málna-rebarbara lett volna, csak hát így tél közepén nehézkes rebarbarát találni :D

Myths revive in the world of Mune, probably that's the reason why it can enchant the viewer so easily: the beams of the Moon, brought from the world of dreams, are woven by little spiders and the temple walks around the planet to the music of these threads. The creatures of the day are the embodiment of stones/soil and vegetation, just like the temple of the Sun. Many other parallels could be drawn, but I don't want to tell you too much :)

The following chocolates were inspired by the world of Mune. In the Moon-globe I put almond paste with olive oil - I know, many are staring at the screen uncomprehendingly. Well, olive oil is a superb addition to chocolate creams (see the Venchi chocolate cream, which I adore); with almond and a pinch of salt, it's divine. Sohone's Sun-globe is filled - obviously - with orange and lemon ganache. Finally, in the Dawn-dusk-globe of Glim, I put raspberry-quark mascarpone cream. Originally it was supposed to be raspberry-rhubarb, but it's kinda hard to find rhubarb in the middle of winter :D

Mune - Hold:

20 gr mandula

30 gr fehércsoki

2 kiskanál olívaolaj

2 csipet himalájai só

A mandulát ledarálom. Megolvasztom a fehércsokit, és hozzáöntöm, összekeverem. Hozzáadok két kiskanál olívaolajat és egy kis himalájai sót.

Mune - Moon:

20 gr almond

30 gr white chocolate

2 small spoon olive oil

2 pinches Himalayan salt

I grind the almond. I melt the white chocolate and combine it with the almond. I add two small spoons of olive oil and a bit of Himalayan salt.

Sohone - Nap:

10 ml citromlé

15 ml narancslé

citromhéj és narancshéj

50 gr étcsoki

Összekeverem a gyümölcsleveket, belereszlem egy fél citrom és egy narancs héját. Megolvasztom az étcsokit, hozzáöntöm.

Sohone - Sun:

10 ml lemon juice

15 ml orange juice

lemon and orange zest 

50 gr dark chocolate

I mix the fruit juices, I shred the peel of the lemon and the orange. I melt the dark chocolate and I combine it with the juice.

Glim - Hajnal&Alkonyat:

50 gr mascarpone

2 evőkanál túró

30 gr málna

citromhéj

vanília

másfél evőkanál porcukor

A málnát lepasszírozom, a levét kikeverem a mascarponéval, majd hozzáadom a túrót is. Belereszelek egy kis citromhéjat, adok hozzá két csipet vaníliaőrleményt és másfél kanál porcukrot, majd összekeverem.

Glim - Dawn&Dusk:

50 gr mascarpone

2 tablespoon quark

30 gr raspberry

lemon zest

vanilla

1.5 tablespoon icing sugar

I pass the raspberry through a sieve, I mix its juice with the mascarpone, then I also add the quark. I grate a bit of lemon zest in it, and I add two pinches of vanilla grist and 1.5 tablespoon icing sugar, then I stir it.

A bonbonforma mélyedéseit a szereplők karakterének megfelelően díszítem: Sohone csíkjaihoz arany és bronz lüszterrel húztam csíkokat a mélyedésekbe. Glimhez rózsaszín port kevertem, és örvényeket festettem, végül Mune bonbonjait kékkel márványoztam.

I decorate the cavities of the mould in a way that reflects the personality of the characters: for Sohone's stripes, I painted gold and bronze stripes of luster dust. For Glim, I made pink dust and I painted swirls; finally I marbled Mune's bonbons with blue.

Temperáltam 200 gr fehércsokit, és elkészítettem a bonbonhéjakat. Miután megszáradtak, kiszedtem őket a formából.

I tempered 200 gr white chocolate and I prepared the bonbon shells. After they dried, I took them out of the mould.

A héjakat megtöltöttem a töltelékekkel - mindegyiket a sajátjával, természetesen. Temperáltam egy kis adag fehércsokit, ecsettel bevontam a félgömbök széleit, és összeragasztgattam őket.

I filled the shells - obviously each with its own filling. I tempered a bit of white chocolate, with a brush I smeared it on the rims of the semispheres and I stuck them together.
